This is a beautiful and unusual English Fuse silver pocket watch made circa the 1850s. 42mm, chain drive, #803, no name on dial (not uncommon), key wind and key set, initial C.B. on dust cover and does have the key. The glass is clear, the dial is in very good condition, the bow is tight and is a 3 swing out case. The case has hallmarks for silver in city of Birmingham, England, dated 1851. Hallmarks are on 3 areas of the case. Has been cleaned, oiled and serviced and runs well...we guarantee all our watches for 1 year after purchase.
