Lovely Corvette 17 Jewel French made hand wind wrist watch running in lovely order. This gold plate classy silver dial watch with black numerals with silvered sides. Interestingly the gold filled watch case is signed with a hallmark in one of the lug pin housings. It looks like Capitals S.A. with XX below and whate looks like oo below that - see photo. It could mean that the watch case is swiss made and the oo is oro (gold). Maybe you have a better idea. The watch measures 38mm lug to lug, 34mm across not including the crown and has been fitted with a new Apollo 19mm black leather strap. As with all mechanical watches this watch will benefit from regular servicing.
