Even the tiny Glash?tte Original logo and the ?crossed swords? ? Meissen?s trademark ? are painted onto the dial with a calm hand. The porcelain paints are applied in two layers that are each fi red in a kiln at a temperature of 900 ?C to achieve the desired depth of color.
