This is a beautiful vintage Whiting & Davis gold mesh gate top purse beggars bag or accordian purse that is in excellent condition. The outside is in wonderful condition, with no damage. The interior still has the original lining that is in very good condition, with no rips, tears or stains. It is hallmarked with the Whiting & Davis tag that is attached to the inside lining. The top has a nice etched design. The outside of the purse is clean and shiny, and has five gold dangle beads from the bottom of the purse. It has a one-of-a-kind hand beaded wristlet chain; made with silk cording and glass, semi precious stone and gold beads. It opens and closes as it should, and is a gorgeous piece that would be great for those special occassions or night out on the town.
