Leather strap pocket watch fob with fancy bronze-toned base metal New York Central locomotive shield, locomotive-shaped shield with deeply engraved details. This is a high quality piece with good weight and with well done enamel work (where applicable) that is styled after a traditional, vintage pocket watch fob. Notes on leather strap usage: To use the fob with a pocket watch, you unbuckle and thread the top of the leather strap through the watch bow then re-buckle the strap. You can then put the watch into your pocket and the decorative plate will hang outside, enabling quick access to retrieving the watch to tell the time. These can also be used solely as a decorative piece as well by threading your belt through the leather strap and letting the fob display off. While each style varies slightly in size, each decorative fob measures between 30mm and 40mm in length, width or diameter, and the leather strap measures approx. 90mm (3 1/2") in length.
