Offered in this auction is a vintage 1904 Elgin Watch Company pocket watch for parts that is being sold "as-is".It has a white dial with black markers and hands. The movement is Partial ly work at this time. I do not know much about pocket watches but I think it has been over wound.The balance wheel looks intact and rotates.
