This simple ladies ring has wonderful Forget Me Not details on the sides. Though this motif has been used in jewelry for hundreds of years, this stylized version is indicative of the WWII era. We've set this piece with a fine Green Chrome Diopside: a glittering, bright green specimen of this unusual gem! Chrome Diopside has a similar color to Green Tourmaline, but the stone has a cleaner, more mirror like appearance. Like most of our precious gems, we purchased this stone on location, during one of our many buying trips. Metal: 14k yellow gold Stones: Fine Green Chrome Diopside, Rectangular Emerald cut, measures 9.2 x 7 mm, weighs 2.34ct Time Period: 1940's with new stone Size of Ring: 6 3/4 This Ring Measures: 10.2mm Thick, 14.8mm from Shoulder to SHoulder, and 5.3mm off the finger.
