Green gold is created when sterling silver is used to alloy gold to the appropriate color. The soft, spring like color is indicative to the Art Nouveau era, although it's still used in Germany and several other countries today. While the filigree frame is green gold, the top of this ring is white gold. The bright color and many details - engraving and open space, flush set prongs - set off the three bright diamonds to perfection. This can be worn as a dinner ring, right hand ring, cocktail ring, anniversary band, promise ring, alternative engagement ring... The low profile and simple shape mean it can be worn just about anywhere, anyway, with or without other rings stacked next to it!
