Although this timeless Rolex design hasn't changed much since the release of the original GMT Master in 1954 the 50th anniversary Rolex GMT Master II boasts a series of technical and cosmetic tweaks such as an upgrade to patented Parachrom hairspring the addition of a larger Triplock crown (previously from the divers' watches) as well as a beefed-up case hands and hour-markers. This special piece was made even more collectable with the addition of a custom black PVD treatment on the case and bracelet. Meet the icon of Rolex's arsenal 2.0. Steel Oyster case and bracelet with PVD treatment. Sapphire crystal with Cyclops magnifier for 3 o'clock date window. Rolex Calibre 3186 Automatic Movement. Overall condition: Case is in very good overall condition with only minimal signs of wear to the PVD treatment. Bezel and insert in excellent condition.
