A very unusual and stunning antique gentlemen's timepiece. This solid silver military style wristwatch is rectangular in shape and features a four piece case design with hinged protective lid. Once opened the inner case can be raised to utilize the piece as a miniaturized field clock. The dial features military-style Arabic numerals with a subsidiary seconds feature at 6. The movement is an adjusted decorated 16 jewel manual winder from Switzerland. Not much is known about these rare pieces other than that they encapsulate the essence of awesome. Case is approximately 25mm x 33mm (excluding crown). Overall condition: Solid silver four piece case is in good overall condition with blemishes characteristic of its age. Dial shows discoloration throughout. Blue steel hands discolored but otherwise in good condition. Movement needs servicing.
