The 'Fifty Fathom's' name is derived from the water-resistant rating, a Fathom equals 6 feet.This watch features: Polished stainless steel case. Metallic Black Dial with luminous hour marker indexes. Polished steel sword shaped hands with luminescent fill. Uni-directional turning dive bezel with luminous markings & protected with a highly scratch resistant Sapphire Crystal cap which protects it from scratches & nicks. Date Window Displayed between the 4 & 5 o'clock positions & Center Seconds Hand. Anti-Magnetic Case. Blancpain Caliber 1315, composed of 222 components, contains 35 jewels & has an impressive 120 hour Power Reserve (5 days)! Watch comes in a 9' x 7' x 4' genuine Peli water resistant carrying/storage case. Case back engraved with 'BLANCPAIN, Tribute to Fifty Fathoms, ANTIMAGNETIC, No xxx/500' Includes a pamphlet containing copies of historic adverts & instructions for the original Fifty Fathoms watch. Includes an addition black rubber strap to fit the watch.
