Model: Architect 2001 UG (Ladies). Copyrighted Design by Xezo. Limited edition of 500 pieces. The design idea came from observations of ancient classical architecture in general, and in particular the ruins of Erechtheum Temple (on the Acropolis in Greece) finished by 405 B.C. Its unique plan features three facades at different levels, and is famous for complex, exquisite details; most notably the loveliest Ionic capitals ancient Greece ever produced. After three years of trial and error development, in 2004 Xezos designer finished the work of art now known as the Architect 2001 series. This timepiece from the latest collection mirrors the temples classical beauty in many crucial ways. Each of the reverse columns on both sides of the case signifies one of the shrines faades. And the seven rectangular see-troughs--found on the top and bottom of the timepiece--resemble the moldings of the temples porch supported by ethereal sculpted figures. Natural black Mother-of-Pearl dial has applied roman and Arabic numerals. Surgical-quality stainless steel case is topped with scratch proof sapphire crystal glass and is water-resistant to 165 ft. Finally, after almost 2,500 years, a select number of Architect 2001 owners can now share in the eternal beauty of the Erechtheum Temple and capture Time itself on their wrists.
