Here we offering a SwissMade Vintage 1960's Men's Westclox Automatic Wrist Watch, in very good vintage condition. This watch has a Chrome-plated base metal Case with a Stainless Steel back and a Speidel Stainless Steel Expansion Band. The watch is in good working order, winds,runs and keeps time. There are only very minor visible scratches on the side of the chrome-plated case and crown. The crystal has some very minor scratches. The stainless steel back reads: Westclox, Shock Resistant, Antimagnetic, Stainless Steel Back. There is some pitting noted on the back of the case as noted in the picture. The self-wind watches such as this one should be set and hand wound 12 - 15 half turns first and then the motion of the wrist will keep the watch wound and running. The dial says Westclox, Automatic, Waterproof, Swiss. Inside caseback says Germany and inside case says Swiss Made, Unajdusted, 1 Jewel, Westclox, Brevet Dem. The watch does not have a sweep second hand. This watch features a silver metalic dial with black numerals for the markers/indices. The hands are black. In whole, it is a great looking retro watch for use, display or collection. If you are looking for a sharp vintage time piece that will grab some attention this could be the time piece you have been looking for. Because this is vintage and I have not had this watch serviced, I cannot guarantee that this watch will continue to work without cleaning/servicing. Watch measurements are as folllows: Case is 33mm excluding the crown and 35mm including the crown.
