Striking 1980's Fossil Faceted Crystal Collectible Watch, Mens or Ladies. Goldtone Case with Stainless Steel Back Cover. Large Black Center Ribbed Grid Pattern Dial. Unique Silver Hour Markers with 24 Hour Time as well. Luminous Hands and Markers. Embossed New Black Leather Band. 34mm including Stem or lugs. 17mm Lug Distance. New Battery and Runs Great. Really nice to look at. Estimate late 1980's. Watch Identifiers: "Authentic Fossil...PC-9271...Japan" Condition: In very good working condition. Minimal wear issue. A scuff or two on the case edges or back cover mainly but present very well. *** See Pictures Note: Identifying Fossil watches can be a challenge since their is no real system that Fossil has that I am aware that can be traced to the year made with the model id numbers. However this faceted Fossil I do recall having seen in varying styles beginning in the late 1980's and into the early 90's. This large men's Faceted seems harder to find and does look quite striking with the Jet Black Dial and Face. Put a new leather band since the older was too brittle with age.
