This is rare, authentic Soviet Russia mechanical wristwatch Moskva (Moscow). Rare model of Soviet wrist watch brand "MOSKVA"(Moscow).This is a watch was made in 1st Moscow Watch Factory (1 MChZ) Size: 3cm / 1,2" diameter Year: 1950s Good working condition. Works good and keeps time (just to be sure it is full conditioned by master - cleaned, oiled, regulated). Pobeda is the brand name of famous soviet wristwatches. Pobeda watches were especially designed by soviet watchmakers for the anniversary of the Great Patriotic War (WWII) in 1946. The brand, style and mechanism were supervised by Stalin himself. In the USSR Pobeda was famous all over the country. Pobeda was traditionally given as a government award for the best labors and veterans. Pobeda watches were also well-known in other socialist countries. Pobeda watches are no longer manufactured.
