Saint Anthony Of Padua Catholic Apostle Unisex Art Watch You are looking at a wrist watch which features a famous image of Saint Anthony. Anthony of Padua was a Portuguese Catholic priest of the Franciscan Order. Though he died in Padua, Italy, he was born to a wealthy family in Lisbon, Portugal, which is where he lived most of his life. Noted by his contemporaries for his forceful preaching and expert knowledge of scripture, he was recognized as a saint almost immediately after his death and proclaimed a Doctor of the Church in 1946. St. Anthony is known in Brazil and Portugal as a marriage saint, because legend has him as one who conciliated couples. This unisex watch is barrel shaped and silver tone in color. The watch casing measures approximately. 1" x 1.5". The watch band is leather and fits most wrists from approx. 6 1/2" to 8". The backing is Stainless steel and has a Miyota watch movement which is made by Citizen. Battery included. Please note: This watch ships separately from other store items.
